Assault Causing Bodily Harm

Hi. My names Kellie and my boyfriend of 6 years was arrested a week ago on a domestic and they upgraded his charge today friday the 16th to assault causing bodily harm ... because I wouldn't sign a medical release form because they told me if I do there gonna add more charges on ... ( that was the crown tellin me that ) they up graded them anyways ... So obviously i said nope ... they are now saying that there are gonna get a warrent to make me sign it and I am still sayin nope and that they will have to charge me first ... really all I really want to know is does anyone know like a rough idea of how long a person gets one this charge ... he has a couple y/o charges and a domestic ... "now this" ... ??? Any ideas

O i know i have him (bf) tellin me not to say anything ... them threatening me tellin me that im putting our child in danger and they will take her away from me and ... im so confused !! ... I have no idea what to do ..
