Default Past Due Credit Card Sent To Collections
Let me give you a brief description of my problem. I have an credit card account that was past due. I received a statement with minimum amount due that was due by Feb 27. I paid the amount due in full on Feb 16, but the account was sent to collections on 2/11/07. Is there anything I can do about this?

Default Re: Please Help
All you can do now is pay it off in full, get a written agreement on partial payments every month, or ask the collection agency to take you to court.
