Speeding ticket with wrong year on ticket date

i got stopped doing 54 in a 30 and illegal tinted windows in new york but the officer wrote 02/13/06 on both tickets when this is 2007 is there any chance of getting out of this i have never been ticketed in my life this is my first

I'm sure the prosecution would amend to show the correct date--if it was a year old you may be able to raise a speedy trial issue but I doubt you would be successful in getting the ticket thrown out because the officer put the wrong date down.
