Exclamation 17 year old MIP in California
My name is Dylan, I am 17 and I live in California. I recieved an MIP (25662a) with a BAC of .026. On the citation the only charge is the MIP, no DIP. I was just wondering what any possible repercussions could be. Keep in mind i am not only a minor, but a juvenile.(does that mak any difference?)

You're looking at a fine, community service, a possibility of alcohol treatment, and the loss of your driver's license.
