I was recently at my second drivers reexamination after accumulating 6 points on my drivers license. I found out that they automatically gave me a suspended license after the second time, but I cannot afford to not have a vehicle handy. Thus far I have had in order from first to last a Limited access speed 80/70, accident with 1 vehicle, namley my own and I inj my passenger, limited access speed 75/70, prohibited turn, and disobey a stop sign. Some of those tickets were questionable but one of them I did not take to court(Stop sign one),but I did take the prohibited turn to court and th judge decided not to hear me out on the fact that there was construction and I was following the flow of traffic, meaning that one police officer pulled over a total of four cars at once including me! Now my question is that I know I can appeal, and I know my reasons for appealing: I have four jobs and they all pay for college and I am also taking part time summer classes while I do this, meaning when my license is suspended there will be no way I can hitch a ride to all of my jobs especially since two are in the opposite side of town and I am living in two houses right now, one for college and one for a home. Would that hold up in court, and what is something I can argue for legally? Can I ask for just a permit to go to work, school and home? Any advice? Thanks
