    Default Federal Student Aid Eligibility

    my son is filling out his federal student aid form, and it asks whether he has been convicted for possession or selling of marijuana, and he did get in cited for marijuana possession, he did deffered entry of judgement, and was not "found guilty" is this something he should answer no to? he is currently doing a pc1000 program to get it off his record.thanks in

    You should ask the federal student aid folks your questions.

    If there is no conviction, then he can honestly state that he was not convicted. One way or another, work through the drug conviction worksheet and you should get your answer.
