Hardship License

Does anyone know if you can transfer a Hardship license to any other states? Or be able to obtain one in another state while you currently have one? I have a hardship license in FL for the next 4 yrs., but I want to move out of Florida. I know that no state will give me a license without my suspended license clearing in FL, but will they give me another Hardship license? Any help would be appreciated.

You will have to check with the state where you are going.

You can't transfer hardship licenses.

Ok, but have you ever heard of a state issuing a hardship license to someone who's license is suspended by another state?

Here's my issue. My company is expanding all over the country but leaving Florida all together. I have the option to go to a number of states, but I can't move if I can't drive (atleast to work). I called Texas about this, and they said I'd have to request a hearing on it. Again, I don't want to make the move there without knowing I can atleast drive to work. I'm starting to think I may just have to stay here and look for a whole new job which is really upsetting.

Anything is possible, and since most cases are judged based on the individual circumstances of the person in front of the judge, we don't have an answer for you.
