Default Condo Conversion Cancellation - mortgage fee return

    Hi
I had intended to purchase my condo when it converted, but the conversion was canceled in Orlando due to the fact that they did not sell enough. My $1,000 deposit on the condo was returned to me. Am I also entitled to have my mortgage application fee of $390 returned to me, I used the condo's mortgage company to get approved.

thanks in advance for any help you may give

I'm not aware of any way to reclaim your mortgage application fee. It's an unfortunate circumstance.
