So I was on the freeway doing 69mph, everyone was going past me when a CHP was in the lane next to me (i was in the fast lane) people in front and behind me. As I went by he cut over and was about a foot away from my bumper and pulled me over. He came to my car and first said I was going 70, then 72, then said I went 75 then came back with a ticket written for 72mph. The date of the ticket that he gave me was December of 2006 I know that all of this is his word against mine, but on my ticket he wrote that my court date was in February of 2006. So basically he made a mistake on my ticket in writing and I cannot go back in time so does this hurt his case, and do I have a chance of getting a dismissal? Thank you.
