    Default Renter credit

    is it true that after i file for bankruptcy would it be more difficult to rent an apartment, cause they look at your credit or is that different? Everett, Wa.

    If your prospective landlord performs a credit check, your bankruptcy could affect whether or not the unit is offered to you.
