Default DUI Conviction in Finland (.059)

Will US authorities (states, courts) and companies (insurance, employment) know about a DUI conviction from Finland through a routine background check?

Does the conviction impact a Kansas driver's license?

Its very unlikely that it will be detected in the U.S., although nothing's impossible. I doubt that there is any sharing of driving violations information between Finland and Kansas.
