I was injuried in 2004 at work. I had to have surgery on my knee. In 2005 I settled with Life time Medicial.
Now, in 2006 my knee started giving me problems again. I have been since Sept trying to find a Dr. to look at my knee. So far I have had 3 to turn it down.
What can I do to get a Dr to look at my problem?
Work says they are trying to find a Dr. I feel as if they are stalling.

Why are they turning down your case?

They have been reviewing my records, my Dr. at the time of injury retired.
Not even talking to me or examine me.
No one has said why?
