    Default Aiding and Abetting Drunk Driving

    my brother got charged with aid and abetting on a drunk driving charge,3 counts.is this a felony or what??help!!!

    he got arrested in north carolina,he has 3 charges for this.i was just wondering if it is a felony or misd?help,thankyou!!

    Do you know the specific statute for the charges?

    How was he aiding and abetting?
