Default Is Life expectency calculated at 39.9 or 39.2
When I pulled up the General Statue for NC, it states the life expectancy for an individual is calculated at 39.9 years. When I spoke to my WC claim aduster, she says that they calculate it as 39.2 years, for the reason of that I may die of something else not related to my back problems that put me here to start with.

This statute shows 39.2 if you have completed the age of 39.

Is that where you were getting your information?

yes, I am the age of 39 and soon to be 40 next month. How can life expectency be calculated two different ways?
