iam have two children one was has unknown listed as the father on his birth cert. but i know who it is he jus didnt wanna sign it and a another who has a father listed on her birth cert. but it was proven that he his not the father and they guy i think is the father i have no info on to find him ,i only know his first name i was 15 so i really didnt dig into backgrounds before i slept wit someone. both of my kids call my fiancee daddy my son doesnt know anyone but him but my daughter was old enough to know but she never says anything so im not sure if she remember cause she has been calling him daddy after a month of us meeting each other.when we met my daughter was 3yrs old and she is know almost 8 yrs old. and i was about 1wk pregnant (but didnt know yet) with my son when we met and he is almost 4 yrs old. we want him to become their legal father.and i dont know how to do that or what is the procedure with the two father. can some one please help .does my son birth father need to give up rights even though he's listed unknown?????????? does my daughter's birth father who ever that may be need to be located even though i have no info on him??????????????
