I need a link or copy and paste to California law that states an owner must disclose whats wrong with any home he/she is selling. Example owner is selling home but plumbing has tree root problem that on occasion cause toliet blockage this problem is quite expensive to fix according to estimates. I was told that a home I am familar with is being offered for sale "as is" Can that be done? If not please provide the law or link to it
