Default Third Party Lawsuit
You've been recieving workers comp benefits, what happens if you lose your third party lawsuit?

work related auto accident. Recieving workers comp benefits, they have a lein on the third party lawsuit, what happens if you lose your third party lawsuit? Can comp stop paying you?

No. It has been found to be a work related injury and recovery from a third party has no bearing on that issue.
