    Default Voting rules for a Florida HOA

    Florida - Home Owners Association - Board of Directors:

    #1. Vice-pres resigns. Nomination for new vice-pres.;nomination is seconded; discussion; vote taken...can the nominee vote for him/herself?

    #2. Can the Board of Directors elect/select another Director to the Board by themselves?

    Why wouldn't they be able to? Is there something in the bylaws which prevents it?
