Default Deportment and civility of opposing counsel

    California
Following an exparte the Judge ordered opposing counsel to negotiate prior to next case management date, here is his response in part, does it sound like someone is a bit grumpy?
(I address him by his proper name, the judge addresses me by my proper name. )

    Neuro Psycho --

My clients have received email communications from you.
Do not communicate in any way with my clients. You are strictly
forbidden from doing so. Do not post anything on any website or
    forum operated by my client.

(By the way they sent me emails asking for help, not the other way around )

Is that your real name? No wonder you keep it private.

    Impolite, certainly. Defamation? No.

Yikes, STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. That's serious. I don't think you should get deported over it though.

Deportment refers to the way people behave. It's quite different from deportation.
