Default Can a 16-year-old girl move out to live with friends
whose home life is neglectful and emotionally damaging...legally move in with a friends family that has offered to take her in...(illinois)..and if she runs away ..can she be forced back home?thanks...

You need parental consent and if you runaway people caring for you could be in trouble. If you have abuse issues either talk to Socail Service or a school counselor. Running away will do you more harm than good
