I recently bought a car that turned out to be a lemon. I was told to return it to the local dealership in Farmington Hills, and I now see that the financing company is putting negative marks on my credit. What do I do?

What state are you in?
Did you buy it new from a dealer?
Did you follow the lemon law of your state?
Return the car, get your refund, and pay off the loan. Even if the dealer and manufacturer are bound to give you a refund under your state's lemon law, the lender still needs to be repaid.
