Default Help Determining Worker's Compensation Rights
at work I fell and broke my collarbone. the co is paying med treatment and its share of weekly wages.my questions are: by law, what compensation i am entiteled to recieve for living with a broken clavical bone for the rest of my life? is there federal or goverment site that have some sort of chart that explains all that? and if I hire an w/c attorney will he be entitled a part of my weekly wages?
your advice is greatly appreciated

Worker's compensation law varies by state.
