If a man has sex with a married (but separated at the time) woman and she gets pregnant the month they were together, what are his rights to a paternity test? She is still married to her husband and it could be his, as well. Also, she is living in the US but is a citizen of a different country. What steps should be taken to get a paternity test and do they even work for her since she is not American (the baby was born in America).
