Avoiding License Suspension or Probabtion in Virginia

Hi all,

Bad news. I was try to avoid a ticket during my probation period and I got a ticket for driving on an airport access road. My court date is begining of March and my probation period ends during April. Is there anything I can do to avoid license suspension? Would pushing the court date past the probation period help?
If I transfer my driver license out to MD, which will allow me to drive in other states, (other then VA), how can I re-instate my driving privileges and come back VA?

Would an attorney help in this case? I heard in VA, the court can not change the point assign due to ticket. How can this help me to avoid suspension.

If it were me, I would consult a lawyer about the possibility of getting the second ticket dismissed ASAP. There may not be a way, but if there is it sounds like it would be worth paying for legal help.
