    Default Co-signer's responsibility after primary borrower dies

    Dear Mr. knowitall and Senior Judge,
    can you advise me about my posting about co-signing on auto loan when the primary bowerer died.

    What happened to the car? Are you on the title?

    Like I said before the car was repoed in 2001 and the primary borrower died in 2006 and I just found all of this out 10 days ago. Read my entire story from my posting 4 days ago under the same name. thank-you Mr. Knowitall!
