Default Food stamp fraud
:cry I have a question to ask, my stepmother was married to my father over 30 years. My father died 23 March 2003, he died in Arkansas. My stepmother moved to Oklahoma to her daughter, my stepmother moved there in May 2004. My stepmother still draw her food stamps in the state of Arkansas. My stepmother came to Arkansas in August of 2004 because she had to certify food stamps under her Arkansas under oath. She still claim Arkansas as her address, she live in Oklahoma now. She as no plans to returned to Arkansas. Is my stepmother committing fraud or is this legal. I am worried about my stepmother about her food stamps. She is also giving her food to her family.

Default Welfare Fraud
If your mother is using a false address to obtain public benefits to which she is not legally entitled, it is very likely that her actions constitute fraud and are subject to possible criminal penalty.
