    Default Health Courts

There was an interesting article in the Wall Street Journal on Jan. 6th. It discussed the creation of "Health Courts" to deal with standards of care in medicine and claims against the healthcare system.

Here it is, its a good read:

It's interesting, but the ideas don't hold water. I have to wonder whether Common Good is really that out-of-touch with reality (I doubt it), or if they are trying to advance a plan they know won't work to advance a different agenda than they publicly present (looking at their backers, I suspect this is it).
