While in college,as an exchange student in TX,I got 2 dismissed charges and a class C misdemeanor conviction for resisting arest.
I applied and received a full pardon for the class C missdemeanor in Tx,but I am Romanian.
I have very limited means,as the minimum wage in Romania is about $60 US/month.
I read the petition that is posted on this group,however at the end it requires a sworn signature.
How can I petition myself the court for an expungement without that sworn signature,since in Romania English is not a language of large use,therefore the notary will require a translator,than his sinature will have to be translated again,anyway,here the law is based on the Napoleon`s code,therefore totally different.
Should I just write a petition and sign it myself without being sworn and maybe explain the court the exceptional circumstances?
It is also very expensive,$222 for each petition plus $24 /petition for each entity I want my criminal record expunged from........FBI,Tx Dpt of P.Safety,County Clerk,Kerrville Police,Kerr County Sheriff,it all adds up since besides this conviction I also have the 2 dismissed charges I`d like to have expunged,so I`d hate to spend my next 2 years income for nothing....

Can you please advise?
