Got married in another state while on parole

New hubby is on parole in Texas, got married on a "work release" in the state of TN where I live. He was here the 1st 3 weeks legally, but came back to get married (parole violation!). Hasn't told PO of marriage - Instead put in for a transfer to be with his "fiance" in TN...

Gave my information - Will they check me out and see that we're already married in the state of TN with the date of marriage?

I'm not stupid, just didn't think this whole thing out first!

Okay - Thank you! We are going by the book now, we've checked with the state of Texas and they offer marriage by proxy (as I can't get down there during the week for 3 days on end!), so we are considering just getting married there again (him taking our marriage license and going to the court, etc...) if they turn down his transfer to be with his "fiance" in TN.
