Am I able to get out of my lease agreement?

I have a problem with my apartment complex. For a few reasons I need to get out of my lease agreement. I was looking over my agreement to find out what I would need to do and I saw that my agreement was never signed by the manager or anyone for that matter. Someone had signed to addendums but not the actual agreement. Is this still a binding contract? Can I get out of the lease without paying the early termination fee?

Yes i signed it but no one else did and yesterday i asked for a copy and their copy has a signature on it. So now I have two copies that really dont match.

They don't need their own signature to enforce the lease against you - they just need yours.
