    Default Dealing with a collection lawyer

    Dealing with collection lawyer. They have asked me to send in a copt of my proof of SS disability. Should I do this? They implie that it might help me.

    They are probably wanting to verify that you are essentially "uncollectable" before they decide how to proceed on your case. Whether or not you provide it is ultimately a personal decision.
