Default Contempt of Court for Second MIP

ok well i posted earlier about my prior mip and the situation around it. well long story short i didnt pay the fine for the first one in the time given by the court and a warrant was issued. the police came and picked me up on that warrant and during that i recieved another MIP. now i have to go to court in a few days for charges of an MIP(2nd offense) and contempt of original mip failure to pay fines/cost. can someone please tell me the possibilites of what i might recieve for this. the contempt is whats really got me confused, like what will i get for this charge or will they drop since i paid the bail amount which was the original fines plus the warrant. thank you!!!

If you keep committing crimes, and fail to live up to the terms of your probation, eventually the judge will get tired of you and put you in jail. Posting a bond after you are caught is not the same thing as paying off your fines and costs, although you should be able to apply the bond (less an administrative fee, probably 10%) to the fines and costs if/when you are convicted.

well first off, i never did recieve any probation or terms to abide by from the first mip, except the fine which i could not pay thats all, but they only gave my 4 hours to come up with the money. I highly doubt this judge is going to get "tired of me" hes only seen my twice and both times were for mips(only mips, nothing else), not a huge crime, also this is a college town, they see this regulary, i was one of about 50 people in court that day. im guessin theirs about 10-20 mips a week handed out in the town on campus alone, maybe more, so i dont think imma stand out anymore than the next person. many off them are repeat offendors also, so my case is not uncommon here. there just looking for money. neways, my bond did cover my fines that i failed to pay, so good with that. alls i got from the 2nd mip was $315 fine (which i paid right away), and a 90 day suspension on my license. so no biggie. i dont see my being put in jail anytime soon, even if i get another mip. i appreciate your reply but i just thought i would let ya know what happened. thanx again.
