ODJFS abuse of power and defamation of character

The licensing specialist who was supposed to train me, and give technical assistance abused her power and got my adoption agency license revoked with false and inflamatory statements like "falsification of records" "false and misleading information reported to her" When the truth was she asked if I had applications I said no, she meant homestudy's! There were about 19 false items, and I wonder if there is a way to at least get her fired for having my license revoked on her abuse of power ??
FOr the past 17 months she hasn't even LOOKED at one file! and now that we are closed NO ONE asked for one file!!!
and
after spending alot of money on un helpful attorneys--they just kept saying the state needed to get it in writing... until finally the last attorney had gotten my written testamony we were to go to the hearing and ODJFS called her and said if I would agree to a settlement they wouldn't close me 5 years if they found anything that I did wrong instead of 2 years!!!!

could I get one somewhere pro bono??

I really need help!! So far my husband has found out there is a Cheif Investigator (3 nicely paid attorneys never found that out, and any complaints in writing or in person, were only referred BACK to the very person we complained about; and never put in her file) !!!
and he has got others collecting allll the public information of any adoption agency that has been shut down in the past 5 years (I personally know of 3 besides myself, but allll of these other Adoption Agencies contact information has been stripped from the internet and I can't find anyone!!)

He has also got them gathering all the files for agencies this particular licensing specialist has shut down.

REMEMBER, if what the licensing specialist said is true! then WHY DID SHE NOT LOOK AT ONE FILE FOR THE PAST 17 months! and now that my license is revoked, no one has asked FOR ONE FILE!!!!

Abuse of power, violation of my rights, defamation of character!
