Collecting A Judgment Against A Former Tenant

My wife and I just obtained a judgement from the courts in Pennsylvania against a tenant and her guarantor for damage done to our property. The judgment is for about $4,000.

I guess my question is... what is my next step? I still can't seem to get them to pay for any of this, and I was wondering what I can do, or what my next step should be in order to get the money from them.... and also at least assure it has gone on their credit reports.

This is the only rental unit we own, and this is the first time going through this.... so we are a little lost at this point. Any direction would be great!

Go here, then hold down your control key and type "F" on your keyboard, then type "tenant" in the box and it will bring you to the right section. (Assuming that this was a residential lease.)
