Sixteen year old mom

Im sixteen and living in Iowa. I have a two month old daughter that i gave to my mom because i couldnt live off welfare because my i live with my parents and their income doesnt apply and they wont let me move out. also i wanted to finish school. it was a good idea at first, and everything was fine, the father who is also sixteen comes around and buys her stuff and has paid for a couple of the doctors visits. then one day they asked if they could take the baby for a visit. i asked my mom for them and she went crazy. she started accusing me of getting pregnant on purpose so i could be apart of their family or because the dad was about to leave me... so i did it to have ahold of him (i wouldnt do that, i used to be judgemental about pregnant teens and was scared to get pregnant) now she tells me i cant even talk to him and that she looks forward to the day he runs off (i know theres a chance he could, but i dont like to hear about it) she tells me im trashy and that im a slut and im a bad kid... and IM NOT i have never done drugs... i dont like to drink, and never get in trouble at school (Or at home really)... and the only guy i have slept with was the guy i got pregnant with. Anyways she now is telling me i cant have my baby back when im done with college... (she doesnt think ill even finish high school) Can she do that and if not how do i terminate it? she also told the father he didnt have to pay child support untill hes eighteen and now shes trying to get it from him. can she do that too?? somebody help shes driving me nuts.
