Georgia offers up to 300 weeks of PPD benefits, based upon statute. You can look at the statute to determine the maximum duration of benefits for your injury.

would it be wrong for me to settle now, with me having more time to recieve tp checks? i was told today that i can recieve the tp, checks for another 190 or so weeks, or until i find a job making what i was earning before injury, or until i get 100%. they admit that a 100% was out of the question for my injury, but it will take a while to get back to original salary. should i settle now?

Take a look at your financial circumstances and try to decide which option would be best for you.
