Me and my husband were married a year a half ago in New York City and we have a child together with another on the way. I want a divorce but I don't want him deported either as he married me as an illegal alien and is still in that position. what would be the best way to go about doing this. Would he be found out if I divorce him? How do I do this and get it done clean. HELP!!!
