Will a Court Find Criminal Records From Another State

I have had two violations in New York state for marijuana posession (New York Penal Law Chapter 40, Title M, Section 221.05). I was wondering if this violation will show up on my record in South Carolina for a misdemeanor charge. If not, where would these violations show up?

They may show up. If you are honest about them, it's safe to assume that the probation office will get your NY record. If you lie, they may still track them down... and then you'll have to try to dig yourself out of the lie.
