    Default Insurance not covered

    Hello everybody,
My car was hit by a driver just after crossing the signaland run away. It was the fault of that car as that car violated the signal and hit my car from left. Before filing the case to the police I reported this to my insurance company. After several queries they decided not to pay me the total loss. In this situation could anyone tell me what should I do?
    Thanks in advance for help.

    Default Dispute with Insurance Company

Your rights in a car accident depend upon the laws of your state, and the terms of your insurance policy. We presently know neither.

If this is a dispute with your own insurance company, you may wish to check the terms of your policy to see what options it outlines for resolving such disputes.
