    Default Social Security fraud

It isn't right when everyone who works honestly and earnestly, but yet still pays into social security. Yet I know an individual who claims to be disabled fully disabled and incapable of working, but yet is working full-time delivering packages and driving a 15-foot delivery truck. The buisness is under his wifes name(the accomplice), allowing him to work while his wife claims the paycheck. He also avoids having any earned money garnished for child support from his previous marriage. Social security is paying for his child support indefinitely. Besides reporting this to the SS Fraud commission, what other matters can be done to get these individuals from ripping off the government?

Reporting it maybe only option if you do report I would supply proof hes working pictures would be good. Fraud investigator will NOT tell you progress of case so dont plan on seeing it happen. Furthermore investigators are overwhelmed with cases and might not get to this one right away if at all. How do I know simple my Ex claims SSI for Bi Polar and doesnt pay court order child support yet she can function in all aspects of her life but cant work? Geez what a farce that is.

I have to tell you all..... I am going after my husbands x who is collecting SSDI. we will pay to have her followed etc. We have her in court on another matter ( allimony)once we have all our info then we will send it to SS. She wants her Allimony and SSDI. My feelings (get a job). I know of many people who are truly disabled who work full time and have wonderful jobs. My new husband (I was a widow,I have no reason to be bitter) has been paying this women for ten years. Once I came into to his life I said"she makes 63k a year as a nurse, why are you paying 22k" once we took her to court she starts with the pains in the back etc. Falls at work has ortho knee work done gets a 22% workmans comp suit claim for 47 months. Now has disabilty license plates and claims she can't be a floor nurse anymore. We have seen her out and about shopping at fairs etc. Faker! She can still work is my point! Any ideas?

I'm hoping someone out there can give me some advice with this. I suspect my biological father might be alive, for reasons I won't get into here. I contacted a private investigator, a reputable one, who found that his social security card/number was used three times after his death in 1984. He said that there was no other identity attached to his ssn so it wasn't a case of someone trying to use his identity to falsely obtain credit and that his death was never reported to the social security administration. Two addresses turned up with his ssn, addresses in California where he had lived in 1980 and one from 1990, an address found not to exist in the town where he grew up. I found through his ssn that he had attended a california university in 1980-81 using a different, surname, so there is an indication that he, used fake surnames and addresses. Is it possible that the pi I contacted is correct and as well how could I go ab out finding the ssn that he might be using today?

You could say that I am in the same dilema. My ex, whom I've been divorced from for over 7 years is pulling a similar stunt. First of all, my spouse had an affair with another married co-worker. To add, we had a child who was 2 years old. We divorced and I forgave her for adultery, but keep in mind, during the divorce proceedings, she requested of me for spousal support, full custody of our child and child support. What the heck did I do to deserve this? NOTHING! Talk about not knowing who you married. long story short, got 50/50 ,but still had to pay child support, because my ex wasnt working...yada, yada, yada. To add to injury, well 3years later, I get laid off and child support seized. Told ex that i would try to give what ever I could afford. Next thing I know she filed in court to take full custody of our child and filed with Child support services. talk about an unforgiving heartless person. During court proceedings, I finally got to view all my ex's financial information. Low and behold my ex is making well over 85,000 year after 3 years of owning her own FedEx route. But to add insult to injury, my ex claims to work the buisness when in fact, my ex's "claimed Disabled spouse" is doing all the work while collecting the payment. Also, found out that the ex's spouse is collecting SSD because of the false claim. What a farce isn't it.

    Question Re: Social Security fraud

Seems there are tons of frauds out there! How do we get inside info? Find out who to talk to about reporting these people! I work hard for my money and try to live a normal type of life. Bills etc... But those collecting who are frauds seem to get more and more stuff for free. I know "what goes around comes around" but anyone know who I can call to talk too!
