Marijuana smoking and child custody

I am 27 years old and am having alot of issues with my sons father. First of all he and his sister smoke marijuana ALL THE TIME. I was hopin it would come to an end once my son was born but it has not. His sister keeps insisting that he can take my son from me and that she along with my sons grandmother can do so. I want to get full custody of my son with out them knowing. HELP!!! He cant take my son if hes smoking right???

You can't get full custody without him knowing it and even if you can prove the marijuana issue in court, that may only affect visitation. Please consult a family law attorney before you take any action.

I have a similar problem. I hope you work it out my baby is not born yet but my ex husband is a habitual pot smoker and I do not know what I am going to do after the baby is born. I want to have him pay child support but at the same time I dont want him having contact with my baby.
