Default What constitutes proof of credit card debt in court
if an attorney is suing you for credit card debt, what documents he MUST produce in court in order for him to win his case?

Default Suit for Debt
It depends upon the case. Generally speaking, a current statement of account, and some form of evidence that you were responsible for the account balance.
