Good morning:
Last week I have given notice to contact my attorney for any lease questions including repair requests effective immediately. If he continues to contact me directly instead, can I ignore his requests/calls?
Additionally, tenant has been leaving harassing voice mails that are relatively agressive and incoherent. If I tape those, will it be admissible in court should I decide to go to small claims court?
