Demands for Immediate Repairs

Good morning:

Last week I have given notice to contact my attorney for any lease questions including repair requests effective immediately. If he continues to contact me directly instead, can I ignore his requests/calls?

Additionally, tenant has been leaving harassing voice mails that are relatively agressive and incoherent. If I tape those, will it be admissible in court should I decide to go to small claims court?

You can communicate the tenant's requests to your lawyer.

If the tenant has left voice mails, that is a recording. Usually, voice mails or other messages are admissible in court - the person leaving the message is intentionally creating the recording. Your lawyer can guide you through any exceptions which might apply in your state.
