    Default Diversion programs in Michigan

    I recieved a letter to appeal to diversion court board for retail fraud III. this is in the ingham county, michigan district. anyone know what happens/ how i qualify for that??? thanks

    You can check with the court or prosecutor's office to see if they can give you information. The number at the prosecutor's office for adult diversion is 483-6251.

    hi mrknowitall. I was wondering if you could help me as well. i live in macomb county and was wondering if you knew anything about their diversion programs. and if you knew any local lawyers to recommend?
