If you can show that you have been paid on commission throughout your employment, you may be able to successfully argue that you continued to be paid on commission. However, you seem to be potentially on the same path as many other commission salespersons who, when owed a ton of money in commissions, are instead fired, and have to try to sue their former employer to get paid the commissions they are due.
