Question Possible Battery Charges
Just a few days ago me and my buddies were at my friends house drinking. Me (20) Jake (18) mack (21).....well to make it short jake was screwing around with my gf and after we drank a little i was on the edge and punched jake in the face. Then after mack said something to jake about leaving his property, jake didnt leave so mack punched him in the face as well. But the hole time we were on macks property. Mack did possibly knock a couple of teeth out of jakes mouth. Just curious what can go from here if jake decides to press charges on me and mack for punching him. Especially since we were all drinking and on macks property. We have heard that he did file a police report and was pressing charges against us. Any information on what to do or what to expect would be great.

If the police come calling, contact an attorney. Knocking teeth from soneone's mouth is likely a felony offense ... or two.
