Default Possible Slander Lawsuit By A Neighbor

If a female neighbor flirtaously said hi to my husband in front of me. Then my husband confronted the female's room mate about the incident. The room mate told my husband she flirts with every one. He also told my husband. If you want her you can have her because she is just my room mate. Then an hour later. The male room mate confronted me and told me. That his female room mate is getting my husband for slander because she is denying that she never flirted with my husband. Can she charge him with slander?

    Default Flirting

She can do whatever she wants. I doubt that she could find a lawyer, though, who would be interested in the case.
