They will seek to collect the judgment against any assets they can legally reach. Knowing nothing about your assets, it is impossible to answer in detail.

Do you know the PA state laws? I am personally doubting they can do much of anything. I know PA doesn't have wage garnishment. The summons I received had 'Exhibit A', which was supposed to be the proof of debt, ie statements, etc and all it was was a blank page, so I would think the case would be thrown out. I have asked this company to validate the debt in the past and they seemingly cannot. DOes this help? ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW PA's STATE LAWS REGARDING JUDGEMENTS? ALSO IS IT LEGAL FOR A LAW FIRM THAT REPRESENTS THE COLLECTION AGENCY TO RUN YOUR CREDIT REPORT? I was told no.
