Default Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment
Is there a way to get the Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 5 without having to pay an arm and a leg for it?

Check the collections of area medical school, graduate school and law school libraries. That won't get you a copy of your own, but if you find one it may meet your needs.
